- Ellerstina-Indios Chapaleufú vs. Los Machitos
- La Irenita vs. La Hache
- UAE vs. La Ensenada
Winners will advance to the semifinals. The results will also determine league placements for the Tortugas Open.

The draw for the 130th Argentine Open Championship includes two leagues:
