Granada, Spain, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni participated in the European Political Community (EPC) Summit, joining over 40 heads of state and government to discuss pressing regional and global challenges.

Held at the Alhambra Palace, the summit focused on security cooperation, energy resilience, migration management, and the future of Europe’s strategic autonomy. Leaders from EU member states and neighboring countries engaged in open dialogue aimed at strengthening political coordination beyond formal EU structures.

Prime Minister Meloni emphasized Italy’s priorities on border control, energy diversification, and support for Ukraine, while advocating for pragmatic partnerships across the continent. The EPC format, launched in 2022, continues to serve as a flexible platform for addressing cross-border issues and reinforcing European unity.
