Jakarta, August 11 — Indonesia and Peru have officially signed a free trade agreement aimed at strengthening bilateral trade and investment ties. The signing ceremony, held in Jakarta on Monday, marked a significant step toward deepening economic cooperation between the two nations.

The agreement is expected to reduce tariffs, streamline customs procedures, and open new avenues for exports and joint ventures across sectors such as agriculture, textiles, and mining.
