RIYADH, August 11 — His Royal Highness Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, has extended heartfelt congratulations to President Mahamat Idriss Déby Itno of the Republic of Chad on the occasion of the country’s Independence Day.

In an official cable sent Monday, the Crown Prince conveyed his best wishes to the Chadian leader and the people of Chad, celebrating their national day which marks the country’s independence from French colonial rule in 1960.
