On July 30, 2025, Deputy Secretary of State Christopher Landau welcomed Honduran Foreign Minister Javier Bu and Presidential Advisor Héctor Zelaya to Washington for a high-level dialogue aimed at reinforcing the strong partnership between the United States and Honduras.
